Terms and Conditions – phsly Online Betting Platform Philippines

1 Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to phsly. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and phsly ("we," "us," "our," "phsly"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the phsly platform at phsly.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using phsly immediately and must not register an account. phsly reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by phsly, including sports betting, PBA and basketball markets, football betting, fishing games, and any promotions or bonus offers made available on the platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use phsly, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. phsly strictly prohibits minors from registering or participating in any real-money activity on the platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or be a Filipino national legally permitted to access online gaming services.
• You must be legally permitted under applicable Philippine law to participate in online betting and gaming activities.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a phsly employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously banned, suspended, or self-excluded from phsly.

Each person is permitted to hold only one phsly account. Creating duplicate, additional, or linked accounts – whether in your own name or using another person's identity – is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances associated with all accounts involved.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. phsly will conduct identity verification (KYC) checks. Failure to pass verification or providing false information may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Your phsly account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. phsly will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

Any activity carried out using your phsly account credentials will be considered your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the phsly support team immediately via the contact details available on the platform.

phsly is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access due to your failure to maintain reasonable security of your login details. You should use a strong, unique password and enable any available two-factor authentication features on your account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on phsly are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). phsly does not accept foreign currencies. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay bank transfer
• PESONet bank transfer
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards

Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal thresholds may apply and are displayed within your phsly account dashboard at the time of transaction. phsly reserves the right to adjust these minimums at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. phsly targets same-business-day processing for the majority of withdrawal requests. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and the volume of requests being handled at the time.

phsly will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your phsly account must match the name on your payment method. Withdrawal requests that do not pass this check will be held for additional verification.

5 Betting Rules and Void Bets

By placing a bet on phsly, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and that no third party has instructed, compensated, or influenced your betting decisions. All bets placed on phsly are final once confirmed, subject to the exceptions listed below.

phsly reserves the right to void, cancel, or withhold settlement of any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event that was postponed, abandoned, or cancelled without being replayed within a timeframe defined by phsly's individual sport rules.
• The odds were published due to a technical error or palpable error (including manifest errors, odds feed failures, or data entry mistakes). phsly will seek to correct such errors promptly and notify affected members.
• There is evidence of match fixing, corrupt activity, or irregular betting patterns associated with the event.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms, including by an ineligible member or using a prohibited strategy.
• The account used to place the bet has been restricted, suspended, or is under investigation at the time of attempted settlement.

Winnings from voided bets are not paid. The original stake amount for a voided bet is returned to the member's phsly wallet balance.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

phsly offers a range of promotions and bonus offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the general terms outlined in this section, as well as the specific terms stated on each individual promotion page.

General bonus terms that apply across all phsly offers unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible account, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus credits must be wagered the number of times stated in the specific promotion terms before they become eligible for withdrawal. This is referred to as the wagering requirement or rollover.
• Wagering progress is tracked in real time in your phsly account dashboard. Real-money balance is used first for bets unless you specifically select your bonus balance.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Unclaimed or unfulfilled wagering requirements within that period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus credits.
• phsly reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated on the Promotions page as soon as reasonably practical.
• Abuse of the bonus system – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using third-party strategies to minimise risk while clearing wagering requirements, or coordinating with others to manipulate promotions – will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

phsly's determination of whether a promotion has been claimed in compliance with these Terms is final. Members who believe a bonus has not been correctly applied should contact the phsly support team with their account details.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on phsly and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with phsly in any way, including for the purposes of placing bets or exploiting promotions.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the odds feed, payment system, bonus system, or any other feature of the phsly platform.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage on any bet or game on phsly.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity using the phsly platform.
• Accessing phsly from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited, or using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phsly staff, other members, or third parties in relation to your use of the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

phsly reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its reasonable discretion, including where:

• phsly has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.
• A legal, regulatory, or law enforcement request has been received in relation to the account.
• The account has not been accessed for a prolonged period (dormant accounts may be subject to administrative fees as disclosed in your account settings).
• The member has requested account closure or self-exclusion.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms breach, any bonus credits and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balance after deduction of any amounts owed to phsly will be returned to the member via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

If you wish to close your phsly account voluntarily, you may contact the support team at any time. Voluntary closures will have any remaining real-money balance processed for withdrawal within standard processing timelines.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the phsly platform – including but not limited to the phsly name and brand, logos, design elements, text, graphics, game content, and software – is the exclusive property of phsly or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phsly platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any phsly content without the prior written consent of phsly.

10 Limitation of Liability

phsly provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure uninterrupted service, phsly does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phsly's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform – regardless of the cause or legal theory – is limited to the amount you deposited in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phsly is not liable for: loss of profits or anticipated savings; indirect or consequential losses; losses arising from events outside phsly's reasonable control including internet outages, natural disasters, or regulatory changes; or any losses resulting from your failure to follow these Terms.

11 Responsible Gaming

phsly is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that online betting should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial hardship or personal distress for our members.

All phsly members have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your phsly account.
• Session Time Reminders – Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to encourage breaks.
• Wagering Limits – Restrict the total amount you can bet within a set time period.
• Cooling-Off Period – Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion – Request a minimum six-month account suspension. phsly will honour self-exclusion requests promptly and permanently during the requested period.

Once a self-exclusion is active, phsly will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening a new account during that period. Personal data collected during registration and ongoing use of phsly – including your name, contact details, date of birth, and financial transaction records – is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and improvement of phsly services.

phsly does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering phsly's platform services, and such providers are contractually required to protect your data in line with applicable privacy laws.

13 Disputes and Governing Law

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your phsly account, betting settlement, payment, or promotion, please contact the phsly support team in the first instance. phsly aims to respond to all formally submitted complaints within five business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from your use of phsly shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between you and phsly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phsly's decision on any bet settlement, bonus eligibility determination, or account-related matter is final once all internal review processes have been completed, subject only to applicable legal rights.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phsly reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting an updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, phsly may also notify members via email or in-platform notification.

If you continue to use phsly after changes to the Terms have been posted, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using phsly and may request account closure.
